Mr. Bean as a LEGO Ideas project

This project recreates the apartment from the 90s English sitcom called "Mr. Bean.".

The set contains:
  • Mr. Bean is a gentleman who wears the same clothes in every episode (brown tweed jacket, white shirt, red tie and dark brown trousers), drives a green Mini and has a teddy bear named Teddy who is his best friend. He has always lived alone, but sometimes he visits a girl named Irma Gobb, often with disastrous results.
  • Irma Gobb She is a character who only appeared in certain episodes and was supposed to be Mr. Bean's girlfriend; the two met at a local library, but Irma still didn't have much feelings for him, although the two often went out together over time. Irma has a huge crush on Bean; however, the latter tends to neglect and humiliate her often without ever realizing it, although he is still incredibly jealous of her.
  • Teddy is Mr. Bean's teddy bear, his inseparable friend from childhood. The main character often pretends that Teddy has a real conscience and makes him move and talk for this purpose, even though he does not always treat him well.
  • the green mini The car that Mr. Bean owns and drives in all episodes is a 1977 British Leyland Mini 1000. The car is right-hand drive and has a cedar green body with a matte black bonnet; the exception to this is the pilot episode, in which Mr. Bean's car was an orange 1966 BMC Austin Mini.

  • Why did I make this set? Because it's one of my all time favorite tv shows, and why is this going to be an awesome lego set? Because this show has huge potential to become an official set.
